Lanart BRING A FRIEND REFERRAL Offer
Terms and Conditions for the Referral 'Bring a Friend' Offer:
1. The Bring a Friend and Get $1,000 Referral Bonus offer ("the Offer") is provided by LANART Propery Group ("the Company") and is available only to existing customers of the Company.
2. To be eligible for the Offer, the referrer must refer a friend or family member who has not previously purchased a house and land package from the Company ("the Referee").
3. The Referee must purchase a house and land package from the Company within six months of being referred by the referrer and should confirm to LANART in writing who was his referrer.
4. The Offer is only applicable to successful referrals, which means that the Referee must purchase a house and land package from the Company and the settlement of the property must occur before the referrer is entitled to receive the referral bonus.
5. The referral bonus of $1,000 (one thousand Australian dollar) will be paid to the nominated by the customer bank account or as a gift card within 4 weeks following the settlement day of the Referee's property.
6. The referrer must provide the Company with the Referee's name and contact details in order to be eligible for the Offer.
7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion offered by the Company.
8. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, without prior notice.
9. By participating in the Offer, the referrer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Offer.
10. The Offer is subject to the laws of the state or territory where the property is located.
11. The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable
12. The Company reserves the right to refuse to pay the referral bonus if the referrer or Referee has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of the contract for sale of the property.
13. The Company is not responsible for any tax liability or other government charges that may arise from the receipt of the referral bonus. The referrer is solely responsible for any such charges.
14. The Company's privacy policy applies to all personal information collected in connection with the Offer.
